Sunday School is currently offered most Sundays at 10:30am. Children from age 3 years to Grade 5) stay with their parents in the church service until after story time and then go to church school with their teachers.

There are nursery programs for children who are born after 2007 (Church Nursery).

Our Sunday School includes a Preschool Class for 3 to 4 year olds and an Elementary Sunday School for children 5 years of age to Grade 5. Our curriculum is theme based. Among the themes that children will learn about in 2010-11:Judges and Kings, A United Kingdom, Stories from the Exile, Jesus is Born, Stories Jesus Told, Jesus' Teachings, Blessed is the One, Celebrate Easter!, Good News Travels Fast and Worship with Jesus Today.

During the summer, a 'time for young worshippers' is incorporated into the service.  Special bulletins for children are available with activities that relate to the theme of the day.
 

Our Sunday Schools is run entirely by volunteers. There are many opportunities to service:
teacher
assistant teacher
supply teacher (on short notice)
computer lab technician
preparing craft activities
help at special events
supervision of large group events (movies, crafts)
Do you have a special skill you would like to share? Woodworkers, crafters, etc are encouraged to contact a coordinator.
